License Acquisition

Before your SolidProfessor license can be issued, we need to ensure that Windows Media Player has the appropriate security components installed.

Please click the link below to launch a test video. If a Security Component Upgrade is available you'll be required to install the update and press PLAY before viewing the video.

NOTE:  Test video must be viewed in Windows Media Player, and cookies must be enabled in Internet Explorer. More Info...

If the Test Video opens in a player other than Windows Media Player please do the following:

  1. Right-click here and select "Save Target As".
  2. Save the video file to your computer. Take note of the location where the file is being saved.
  3. Locate the saved file. Right-click on it and select "Open with", then select "Choose a Program".
  4. From the list of programs select Windows Media Player.

To enable cookies in Internet Explorer:

  1. Click on the "Tools" drop down, and select "Internet Options."
  2. Click the "Privacy" tab.
  3. Under the "Settings" heading, make sure the slider is set to "Medium" (you can change the setting back to its original value after licensing is complete).
  4. Click OK.
