You should only need to retrieve a license once to activate SolidProfessor. If you are prompted to retrieve your license more than once then your system is not configured to accept the SolidProfessor license. Our licensing uses Microsoft Digital Rights Management (DRM) technology which can only be accessed via Windows Media Player 11 or 12. If you have any Anti-Virus or Internet Security Applications running they must be temporarily disabled prior to retrieving your license.
1. Close all active programs then download and run this DRM Reset Utility. This will remove any existing DRM files that may have become corrupt.
2. View our Installation Video, which will guide you through the rest of the licensing process. Please note that disabling your Anti-Virus applications is not an optional step, if you encounter licensing trouble and have Anti-Virus software it is likely the culprit.
