CSWA stands for “Certified SolidWorks Associate” – a certification that’s not handed out to just anyone!  One must pass an exam to obtain it, created and administered by SolidWorks, and it serves as a benchmark to measure your knowledge and competency with SolidWorks software. It is also an industry recognized achievement demonstrating your expertise.
