Onshape has been continually adding new features and capabilities, so we have been hard at work expanding our Onshape learning experiences. This week we added 6 new videos, 10 new hands-on exercises, and a course test. Log in or sign up for a free account to explore these new additions.

These additions were designed to include users who have never worked with CAD software before so that they can gain proficiency using Onshape. Whether you are new to CAD or just new to Onshape, this course is intended to get you up to speed quickly.

The recent additions bring this course to 38 lessons, just over 2.5 hours of video content. We believe that one of the best ways to learn is by getting your hand on the mouse and trying things for yourself. At the end of each section in the course (Sketching, Features, Part Design, Assemblies, and Collaboration), we include guided hands-on exercises which are each structured with a set of goals, instructions, a self-check, and an evaluation to test if you were able to complete the exercise up to spec.

Finally, for learners who would like to test their skills and validate what they have learned and retained, we have rolled out a new course test for the Introduction to Onshape course.
